We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so please take the time to review all information and make an informed decision before completing your purchase.
We will be happy to process a refund in the event of a duplicate order. For all other purchases, we unfortunately do not offer refunds due to the nature of our product. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions
For our monthly, and yearly subscriptions, all accounts are free to cancel at any time. Refunds will not be issued for monthly or yearly subscriptions cancelled on or after the auto-renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewal and refunds will not be issued for subscriptions that were forgotten.
